আমাদের গল্প · Our Story

অতিথির জন্য ভালোবাসার ঘর.

Mehman was born in the heart of Sylhet's Zindabazar — from a simple belief that a shared Bangladeshi meal is sacred, and that our hospitality is a gift worth preserving.

আমাদের রান্নাঘর · Our Kitchen

যেখানে ঐতিহ্য আগুন ছুঁয়ে যায়।

Our chefs trained in the storied kitchens of Old Dhaka, Sylhet and Chattogram, where kacchi biryani is a birthright and shorshe ilish is prepared with the reverence of a family ritual.

At Mehman we honor those traditions without freezing them in time. We source the season's finest ilish, hand-pound our bhortas, char over live coals, and plate with the elegance the modern diner deserves.

Every dish tells a story — of Nawabi feasts, of village pithas at dawn, of grandmothers stirring pots of morog polao. We tell those stories, one plate at a time.

Slow-Cooked Craft

Kacchi biryani sealed with dough, morog polao simmered in ghee — patience is our secret ingredient.

খাঁটি মসলা

Pure, Whole Spices

We grind our panch phoron and garam masala in-house. Nothing pre-mixed, nothing shortcut.
